The Divisional Commissioner’s office in Jammu, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, recently announced significant administrative changes with the issuance of transfer and posting orders for several Girdawars.

Among the key changes, Altaf Ahmed and Rakesh Gupta, who were previously stationed at Tehsil Office Manjakote in District Rajouri, have been reassigned to Tehsil Office Thakrakote in District Reasi and Tehsil Office Surankote in District Poonch, respectively.

This reallocation of personnel aims to ensure a balanced distribution of administrative resources across different areas, catering to the diverse needs of the local population.

Moreover, the transfer orders also affect several other Girdawars, including Mohd. Aksar Gani, Sajjad Hussain Butt, Masood-Ul-Hussain, Sushil Kumar, Nek Mohd., Taj Mohd., Ganesh Pal Salmotra, and Javed Iqbal.

These individuals will now serve in various locations across different districts, stepping into vacant positions to fulfill crucial administrative roles and responsibilities.

Additionally, the restructuring includes the relocation of Raj Kumar from Tehsil Office Teryath to GQ Circle 6 in Kathua, marking a strategic move to optimize manpower deployment and enhance operational effectiveness within the administrative framework.

In a significant development, Farooq Ahmed and Mushtaq Ahmed Ganai have been newly promoted and are set to assume roles at GQ Circle Jangalwar in Thathri and GQ Circle Pansar in Tehsil Hiranagar, respectively.
